A personal approach to fitness and wellbeing

With over ten years experience in the fitness industry teaching high impact classes, I began suffering back pain that left me unable to teach as much as I wanted. I had read about the benefits of Pilates and once I tried it I was hooked. Soon my back pain was gone and I was feeling physically and mentally stronger. I began teaching Fitness Pilates seven years ago and I still go into every class with that same feeling of excitement as I did the very first time.

Fitness Pilates

Integrating the original Pilates techniques with targeted and effective exercises, Fitness Pilates enhances posture, balance and overall muscle and joint strength. Core stability is strengthened by recruiting the crucial postural muscles and a longer, leaner and more toned shape is produced.

Fitness Yoga

This class combines fitness with Yoga stretches and postures to improve muscle strength and flexibility. Like a traditional Yoga class, we progress from one movement to another, without focusing on perfecting postures. You’ll finish a Yoga Fitness class feeling stronger and calmer with energy levels boosted.

My other training classes

I am passionate about fitness in all its forms; from Fitness Yoga and Pilates to high energy, high impact classes that can transform your body while boosting energy levels and releasing those feel-good endorphins. Whatever your fitness goal, my aim is to deliver a strong, confident, healthy and happy you.

About me

I’m a born and bred Stratfordian and have lived here all my life. In my first career, I worked in retail management for over a decade. I’ve always loved going to the gym and participating in classes and it dawned on me one day that I loved it so much that I wanted then teach them! So I studied at evening college class to get my Exercise To Music qualification and I was on my way. When I had my son ( who’s now 10 ) teaching classes worked brilliantly around being a mum so it was the perfect move for me doing something I loved. I developed my portfolio of instructor skills and started teaching high impact classes such as Body Combat, aerobics and HIIT.  Over the years I continued to broaden the range teaching and expanded into more low impact focused activities and found I particularly loved Fitness Pilates. My education and training is a never ending process and I have recently qualified in Fitness Yoga. I hope to meet you soon!

6.10 pm – 6.55 pm – Fitness Pilates  (Ideal for beginners) – The Loft


9.30 am – 10.30 am – Flow Fit (a blend of Yoga, Pilates & Foam Rollers) – The Loft

7.30 pm – 8.20 pm – Fitness Yoga (Ideal for beginners) – The Loft


9.15-10.05 am Fitness Yoga  (Ideal for beginners) – The Loft
